It's high timeの構文は、that節が過去形になると習った記憶があります。だから、間違わないようtoを使ったほうが良いとかなんとか。しかしここ最近、海外ドラマを視聴していたら、立て続けに現在形のパターンが出てきて、調べたら現在形のセリフが他の番組でもありましたのでまとめてみます。文法的には間違い（？）ですけど、会話ですから。いつも思うのは、脚本がそもそも間違っていたのか、それとも役者がその場で間違ったのか。本当にどうでもいいことですね（笑）
